4) OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE, JUST FAX OR EMAIL US A RECENT MORTGAGE STATEMENT, 2 RECENT BANK STATEMENTS AND 2 MONTHS OF RECENT PAYROLL FOR YOUR CASE TO BE REVIEWED.
5) IF YOU REQUESTED A LOAN MODIFICATION AND WAS DENIED, WE MAY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN AN APPROVAL FOR YOU. INCLUDE THE DENIAL LETTER.
6) IF YOUR LOAN REQUIRES A LOAN ASSUMPTION, WE MAY BE ABLE TO SECURE YOUR LOAN ASSUMPTION AND LOAN MODIFICATION.
7) IF YOU HAVE A LARGE BALANCE DUE AFTER YOUR COVID FORBEARANCE, WE MAY BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A LOAN MODIFICATION INSTEAD OF THE FORBEARANCE PAYMENT.
